BIM is a process involving the cradle to grave generation and management of a digital model and representation of a physical building. With the majority of architects and designers undertaking their build projects using BIM software, we are keeping up to date to ensure both our project managers and facilities managers can maintain the use of the model through the life span of a building using the most advanced facilities management technology. Clients and contracting service providers are becoming more reliant on up to date and rich information being produced from CAFM systems to assist their day to day running of their property portfolios. B38 Group, in conjunction with Qube have developed an advanced management system providing the client up to the minute tracked service statuses across their building portfolio. Our system allows for service requests to be logged through the client portal and assessed from cradle to grave.

Our CAFM system is used to ensure assets are inspected, tested and certified in accordance with statutory regulations, rules and best practice and that corrective actions are taken to correct faults. Records are maintained and can be readily located and made available for inspection.
